Ensuite, les égoutter, puis les enrober de farine.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Préchauffer le four à 180°C.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Emietter le chèvre.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Dans un saladier, fouetter les oeufs avec une pincée de poivre.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Incorporer progressivement la farine et la levure, puis le lait et l'huile.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Une fois la préparation homogène, incorporez le curry en poudre, les raisins secs et le chèvre.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Beurrer et fariner le moule. Quand ils sont fondants ajouter les tomates. Faire réduire. Retirer le contenu de la sauteuse, remplacer le par les aubergines. Les cuire quelques minutes. Ajouter le mélange tomate/oignons, et laisser sur feu doux quelques minutes. Mélanger avec le thon égoutté.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:130%;color:#336666;"&gt;Verser sur la pâte qui aura été cuite à blanc préalablement. Parsemer de gruyère et de parmesan. Si vous ne connaissez pas, je vous conseille d'aller y faire un tour. J'adore manger là bas! Il y a des bonnes salades, du bon pain, des bons desserts, des jus,etc... Dont cette appétissante tourte aux pommes et aux noix.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Je pense que c'est une pâte sablée, épaisse. Des pommes coupées en morceaux, des raisins blonds trempés dans du rhum, et de la canelle. Ca m'a fait penser à un apfelstrudel. Il doit y avoir aussi un peu de compote de pommes. Dans un petit saladier, mélanger l'oeuf avec la crème, du sel, et du poivre. J'aimais déja trop les tartes salées, et maintenant encore plus. Ca n'a pas le même goût, et on peut mettre tout ce qu'on veut dedans (ici du cacao, ou du sésame, du pavot, des graines de lin, des épices comme la canelle, la vanille).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:130%;color:#336666;"&gt;Pour 4 personnes:&lt;br /&gt;la pâte:&lt;br /&gt;90g de farine, 50g de beurre (allégé ou non), 10g de cacao en poudre non sucré (ou édulcoré), 1 càs d'eau,2 grosse cuillère à soupe de sucre roux.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Etaler la pâte, la piquer avec une fourchette, et cuire à blanc 10mn&lt;br /&gt;Astuce : pour lester la pâte, déposer sur une feuille d'alu des haricots en céramique, haricots blancs, ou lentilles&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Porter à ébulition 50ml de lait de coco, Ajouter 30g de noix de coco râpée, mélanger. Laisser refroidir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;50g de chocolat noir, 1 càs d'eau : faire fondre 30s au micron-ondes. Mélanger avec la préparation coco.&lt;br /&gt;Ajouter 1 jaune d'oeuf.&lt;br /&gt;Monter le blanc en neige avec une pincée de sel, et l'incorporer délicatement à la préparation au chocolat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Verser cette préparation sur la pâte.&lt;br /&gt;Ne pas cuire trop longtemps au risque d'avoir un résultat trop sec. Il faut que ça reste moelleux, donc selon le four, je crois que 10 - 12 minutes suffisent&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un parfum choco-coco dans l'appart pour tout l'am! Mixer 30s. Ajouter l'eau. Mixer à nouveau 30s. Former une boule avec la pâte. Réserver au frais.&lt;br /&gt;Etaler la pâte, faire cuire à blanc 10mn environ selon le four.&lt;br /&gt;Dans une casserole, mettre les pommes coupées en morceaux avec le reste du beurre (1 noix).&lt;br /&gt;Mélanger le lait, la crème, l'oeuf et la vanille. Ajouter une cuillère à soupe de sucre.&lt;br /&gt;Disposer les morceaux de pommes sur la pâte, verser le mélange liquide dessus. Saupoudrer d'une pincée de sésame dorée. (On peut aussi ajouter des carottes)&lt;br /&gt;Mélanger l'oeuf avec la farine. Ajouter les légumes râpés, et le quinoa. Ma mère par exemple, elle s'est régalée!
